Санкт-Петербург - 8

Вдоль шоссе Санкт-Петербург-Выборг-госграница венки и памятники попадаются через каждые километр-два. А в самом Выборге я видел четыре (!) венка на одном столбе в зоне ограничения 60 км/ч. Да что 60, там больше сорока не поедешь, так раздолбан асфальт. Как, почему, зачем???
