То есть год записывается шестнадцатиричными числами? Нет, вот до этого не додумались... :))

Насколько я помню, там буква ставится вместо дефиса (DDMMYY@XXXZ), где @ = A для 2000-2099, B для 2100-2199 и т.д. На пару с лишним тысяч лет должно хватить.
