Caught two stones on the Mer de Glace ride today. One could see wood core inside two deep scratches. Got the snowboard to service tonight, they said: "Actually we charge 36 euros for full service, but I remember this board - we serviced it just two days ago. So you get full service for 20." I retrieved the board repaired perfectly. :-)
