Ну, насчет школьного образования я не уверен, а уровень коррупции - да, самый низкий. И не холодно совсем. А темно только зимой - летом, наоборот, светло. :-)
Вчера по Би-Би-Си слушала кусочек программы про эту вашу новость, заодно о стране. Образование они тоже упомянули как лучшее. Пару лет назад я видела результаты тестирования 15-летних по математике и науке (физика+химия) в разных странах. Финляндия на первых местах. Следом, помню, Япония, Корея (южная), Англия.
